Advertising
In order to generate buyer awareness, The Boston Gift Show conducts a comprehensive, fully coordinated advertising, direct mail and telemarketing campaign in the months leading up to opening day of the show. Advertisements are placed in major industry publications such as:

Direct Mail & Telemarketing
The Boston Gift Show will conduct an aggressive direct mail campaign prior to each show. A series of targeted mailings will be sent to current attendees as well as to thousands of new names acquired from purchased mailing lists. In the weeks prior to the show, telemarketing will be conducted to encourage current attendees as well as newcomers to attend the show.
Public Relations and Seminars
Extensive, fully coordinated media coverage is part of an aggressive publicity program including press releases, and trade press interviews before and after each show. Exhibitor press materials may be distributed during the shows through the Show Office at the BCEC. GLM can also offer guidance in assembling a comprehensive and effective media kit. Boston Gift Show attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a series of informative seminars addressing current industry trends. Seminars are conducted by industry professionals and geared toward both exhibitors and retailers.
Buyer Services
GLM’s Buyer Services’ department has a pulse on the New England gift market to identify and attract new qualified buyers to the Boston Gift Show. Exhibitors are encouraged to supply Show Management with names of retailers they would like to see at the next event. When possible, personal visits will be made to these buyers.
Mentor Program
In an effort to aid first time exhibitors at the Boston Gift Show, GLM offers a Mentor Program. This coordinated effort between existing exhibitors and GLM is directed at providing new exhibiting companies with another valuable resource designed to maximize their trade show experience The Mentor Program will enable a new exhibitor to obtain information from a veteran colleague, providing a unique insight into the working of the Boston Gift Show. Planning is the key for exhibitor success and this is one more step that will help you to have a successful show.
