Exhibitors > Promotional Guide

Welcome to the Boston Gift Show!

We want you to have a successful show in April. In order to make the most of your participation, and to stand out, you need to promote your presence in the Show. We recommend a three tiered approach:

Pre- and Post-Show Promotion:
Letting customers know you will be at the Show, and following up afterwards, are the two most important factors to promotion. The programs outlined in the guide are all geared toward this end.

Set Realistic Goals:
Whether your goal is to set up new accounts, make new contacts, observe trends, gain industry exposure, gather feedback about your product or write orders, it is important to set clear, measurable and realistic goals for your company.

Create a Marketing Plan:
Put your plan in writing and include deadlines. Our guide can serve as a model, but remember you should customize your marketing plan to meet your individual goals.

Some of the programs offered in this guide are at no cost to you, and are all highly-effective. Any effort you make to reach out to important customers and prospects will only enhance your results at the Show.

We realize you have choices and we thank you for choosing the Boston Gift Show!

Good luck with your planning and we look forward to seeing you in April at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center.

Best regards,

Tony Orlando
