Customized Postcards and Mailing Lists
Direct mail is a proven method of communication with attendees. Customized direct mail is a new way to help you achieve your tradeshow goals.
This program provides you with direct access to customizable creative postcards, access to the Show attendee list and full mailing services to drive traffic to your booth and increase your results and revenue.
How It Works:
Log on to www.glmshows.com/center and enter the Exhibitor Center. You’ll be directed to our customized direct mail web page where you can:
- Order a list of names you want to target, at only $0.20 per name.
Select geographically by state and/or business categories. (We can send your labels* to a bonded mail-house or we will address and mail your personalized postcard for you).
- Order customized postcards.
Two sizes are available. You add your personal touch by placing product photos and your own copy and headline.
- Mail to the purchased list or upload your own list.
We take care of the mailing for you. Total cost per postcard is $0.66 or $0.86 including postage.
You may also send your own postcards to Magjak Publishing to handle the mailing. Please be advised there are charges including postage, affixing labels, tax. Magjak can provide you with a price quote should you choose this option. Please contact Sylvana Grullon at 914.939.8800 with questions.
After using the exhibitor center to place your order, please be sure of the following:
a) you received an order number/confirmation
b) you downloaded your pdf proof
c) you checked your job history
*Labels are provided in pressure sensitive format only. The list is a listing of buyers who attended the last show. Labels will only be sent to a bonded mail-house and not to the exhibitor directly. Labels are one-time use only.
